Kids Kitchen gives children aged 7-10 a hands-on cooking experience with plenty of theory components on healthy lifestyle choices.

Each class will help build your child’s knowledge and confidence on understanding what a healthy lifestyle consists of and how to make healthy food choices – plus, they’ll end up making a meal all by themselves!

Kids Kitchen covers food tasting, cooking skills, and plenty of nutrition education all run by our trained nutritionist (and mum).

Each class is accompanied by online content with recipe ideas and healthy tips for both you and your kids.

Your kids will have a fun learning experience and might even teach you a few things or two!

It was a fantastic experience for them. It boosted their confidence in the kitchen and in turn increased their independence at home. She now cooks brekky for herself a couple of days a week and also loves to cook by herself on weekends too. They are both able to follow recipes and are much better with measurements. Well worth the time and the food they bring home for us to try is a bit of a bonus too!
