Low Impact
Monday 5.30pm

Low Impact is a great mix of strength and cardio training with a focus on low impact movement at an achievable pace. This full-body workout gets you more mobile, more flexible, and stronger.

Tuesday 5.30pm

Get your hips shaking and your heart pumping with Zumba. Bring out your inner Shakira as your instructor guides you through easy-to-master dance moves that harness the benefits of interval training.

Pilates
Tuesday 5.30pm

Pilates focuses on conditioning, building longer, leaner muscles and improving flexibility. It focuses attention on movement and breath, stretching and strengthening your body while improving flexibility.

Wednesday 6.00pm

Classes include the use of equipment or the natural resistance of the water and your body. Register through the button above and show your confirmation email upon arrival.

Full Body Fitness
Thursday 5.30pm

This workout will work your entire body – no muscle group left behind! With full body fitness, you’ll get a good burn in everything from your shoulders to your back, core and legs.

Yoga
