Mums and bubs

Mums and Bubs is a fun and interactive class for mums and little ones of all ages. Classes understand your need to move while working around little ones and create a safe environment for you to train in.

Tuesday 5.30pm

Get your hips shaking and your heart pumping with Zumba. Bring out your inner Shakira as your instructor guides you through easy-to-master dance moves that harness the benefits of interval training.

Tuesday 6.00pm

Pilates focuses on conditioning, building longer, leaner muscles and improving flexibility. It focuses attention on movement and breath, stretching and strengthening your body while improving flexibility.

Strong by Zumba
Wednesday 5.30pm

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Full Body Fitness
Thursday 5.30pm

This workout will work your entire body – no muscle group left behind! With full body fitness, you’ll get a good burn in everything from your shoulders to your back, core and legs.

Thursday 5.30pm

Yoga focuses on balance, flexibility and relaxation through a series of postures and stretches with equal importance on breath and encouraging the free flow of energy throughout the body.

Saturday 7.00am

Circuit gets you up and moving through an assortment of interval training and bodyweight exercises aimed at getting you the results you want, and fast.
